Over the past week we’ve been having some trouble with the site. Google listed us as a malware distributor on their search. After long email conversations with Google and our web hosting company, we’ve resolved the issue.

We are happy to report that our first day at the SXSW festival was a success!
After our stage time at Opel Divine’s, we headed towards downtown Austin. We walked around twelve blocks with musicians at every corner, every bar and pub on 6th St. So much talent here it’s overwhelming!
We neared a corner where we heard a 6 piece rumba flamenco band all the way from Madrid! They were amazing, and that just inspired us to get our instruments. After a long walk back to our car, we posted up at some corner to play. The response we got was so positive. We also had the pleasure of jamming out with local street musicians!
Today we get ready for our next gig, we will post pictures soon. Stay tuned.
Cantua arrived in Austin, Texas early Wednesday morning. Today they played their first gig at Opal Divine’s and already are causing a buzz. Keep coming back for more updates.
Due to travel schedules Cantua’s show on Wednesday will be moved to a later day in the week.
That’s right. Cantua is playing their first out of state at South by Southwest. They leave Tuesday night and will be performing throughout the week. Come back and visit for updates on how the trip is going.
Cantua had the opportunity to start the day at the Univision studios in San Diego. Despierta San Diego is a morning news show in spanish. Pictures up soon.
